All stock products ship within two business days using Standard Ground. If you wish for faster deliver please contact us for pricing information. Custom headbands require a 100% deposit on the order. Customer will receive an emailed proof and will be required to provide written approval before production begins. Custom orders will usually be delivered within 14-21 days of the original order, barring any delays in receiving the customer's final approval.


Refunds may be given with 5 days of order receipt for stock only items that are defective. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for custom orders. Please make sure items are in their original packaging. Customer must call for an RMA number and ensure this number is printed on the label or written on the box in some way. Refund decision will be made once the item has been received and defects in craftmanship noted and acknowledged. No refund will be issued for misuse, accidents, trying to launch the bands like a slingshot, etc. Refunds will be processed back to the credit card that was used for the purchase only.
